About the School:
Join a dynamic Primary School in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for both students and staff. We are seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support children across KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment

Qualities We Seek:

  • Friendly and Positive Attitude: A proactive team player always ready to support the class teacher
  • Experience: While experience supporting EAL pupils and pupils with ASD is desirable, it is not essential
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS: Teaching Personnel can assist with the DBS application and EWC registration
  • Registration: Must be registered with the education workforce
  • References: Provide 2 professional references
