Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in the RCT area. We are looking for both general cover teachers and subject specialists who are passionate about making a difference in the classroom.

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3–KS5
  • Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and classroom behaviour
  • Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to different school settings
  • Passion for education and supporting young people
  • ✅ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain a new DBS
  • ✅ Ability to drive or travel up to 1 hour via public transport
  • ✅ Right to work in the UK
