Job Title: Teacher of Maths

Location: Hatfield

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Mathematics Teachers and Specialists to join our team of enthusiastic educators to help support in schools in and around Hertfordshire.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements

  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Specialisation in Mathematics
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
  • Prior experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
