A welcoming primary school in Darwen is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their resource provision unit. This role focuses on supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment.

  • Support pupils with SEND in accessing the curriculum
  • Deliver targeted interventions and structured learning support
  • Assist with behavioural and emotional regulation strategies
  • Work alongside teachers and SEND specialists within the provision
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Previous experience supporting SEND pupils
