SEN Teacher - Primary SEN Schools New

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join outstanding Primary SEN schools across the Hounslow area. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents
• Encourage confidence, independence, and social development in every learner
• Adapt teaching strategies to support varying abilities and learning styles

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working within SEN or inclusive education settings (desirable but not essential)
• Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable teaching approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All applicants must hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through the registration process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
