Position: SEN Support Staff Member

Job Description: Teaching Personnel, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Support Staff Member to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Manchester area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) to help them achieve their full potential academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist SEN students in their learning and development.
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
Provide one-on-one support or small group sessions as required.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEN students is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.
Relevant qualifications in education or special education are advantageous.
