Job details: 

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic full time teaching Assistants who have the skills to adapt and support children with special educational needs (SEN). We work with a local SEN school in the RCT area which pride themselves in providing an accessible education to all. Successful candidates will work to support students in a Teaching Assistant capacity either 1:1 or in small groups in the classroom with children ages 3-19 who have additional learning needs, so will be essential to want to provide a positive learning environment to maximise their full learning potential.

 

We would like to hear from you if: 

  • You have a passion for working with children who with SEN
  • Have the ability to provide a safe and positive learning environment
  • You understand the importance of promoting independence to work on their own initiative
  • Any experience working in education or with people with special needs is desired however if you have no experience, you will still be considered if you are passionate, engaging, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
