Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oundle

Salary: £25.00 Per hour

  • Provide one-on-one support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students in achieving their educational goals
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs and relevant teaching strategies

A degree in Education or a related field

Minimum of 1 years' UK experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Additional training in specific learning difficulties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
