Job Role - Physical Education Teacher

Start date - ASAP, temp to perm

Pay rate - Teaching Personnel pay to scale

About the role:

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a fully qualified PE teacher for a school in Birmingham City Centre. The succesfull PE Teacher will work within a maintreem secodary school environment, collaborating with colleagues and supporting students development. You may be required to attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, dedication, organisation, enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to follow school rules and policies. If successfull you will also contribute to the development of the PE curriculum, participate in school events and exhibitions, and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

This role also has the option for a temp to perm contract.

Qualifications needed:

- A PGCE in Physical Education 

- NQT / QTS 

- BA Honors Degree in PE or a simular field

The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to teach classes of up to 30 students 

- Follow the UK Pysical Education Curriculm 

- Be able to teach KS3 and KS4 students 

- Be able to plan and mark students work

- Deliver engaging and hands on lessons

- Provide constructive feedback and support individual learning needs
