A highly reputable and academically ambitious secondary school with an integrated sixth form in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to all attainment levels.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
*Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum within the school.
*Participate actively in departmental meetings, school training programs, and events.
*Offer extra-curricular activities that enhance students' learning experiences.

Requirements:
*A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent) in Mathematics.
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
*A thorough understanding of the latest curriculum and teaching methods.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*Proven track record of facilitating student progress in a secondary school setting.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students towards achieving excellent results.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable:
*Experience in teaching Mathematics at A-Level.
*Familiarity with using technology in teaching.
*A proactive approach to new teaching initiatives and methodologies.
