Psychology teacher required in the Redcar area

 

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Psychology teacher in the Redcar area. A client school we work closely with would be looking for a knowledgeable and motivated individual who would be fully confident teaching pupils up to KS5.

Overview

  • Full Time work available from April 2024
  • Salary £30,000-£46,525 depending on experience
  • Teaching in a classroom setting would be essential
  • Teaching a full timetable to KS5 pupils
  • Any experience with challenging behaviour would be advantageous

Roles and responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing and delivering psychology lessons to accommodate pupils at varying levels of learning
  • Use an appropriate range of observation, assessment, monitoring and recording strategies as a basis for setting challenging learning objectives for pupils from all backgrounds
  • Promote positive behaviour management in line with school behaviour policies
