  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons for primary school students
  • Assessing and evaluating students' progress to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum for primary education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching primary school students

  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students

The role involves working Monday to Friday during school hours. Occasional attendance at evening events and meetings may be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
