Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of Supply Teachers within the Hackney area of London who have a flexible work schedule and are able to travel easily around the Haringey/Hackney. School’s demand for Supply Teachers has increased dramatically and now more than ever, good quality teachers are needed to help and fill the gaps that have been left within schools.

The role of a Supply Teacher is to go into school and deliver pre-prepared lessons within a range of subjects on any given day depending on which class teacher is off that day. Teaching Personnel have a variety of roles on offer including short-term/long-term and part-time/full-time roles within schools in this area, that start right away or shortly after the Easte break

  • Pay: £135 - £175 per day depending on experience.
  • Variety of roles on offer, providing flexible work.
  • Opportunity to start right away, with long-term roles going until July.
  • Plenty of excellent schools within the Hackney region.

The ideal candidate will have QTS in any subject and will have strong behaviour management skills along with a confidence within the classroom, meaning that they can turn their hand to any subject and successfully deliver a lesson. This would be the perfect opportunity for anybody looking to gain more experience within a school whilst also working on a flexible schedule in which no long-term commitments necessarily need to be made.

The ideal educator would have 

- UK QTS 

- Uk address and right to work 

- Experience teaching KS1/KS2 classes 

- strong knowledge of the UK curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
