Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, making a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning and supporting the academic and personal development of each child in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, interactive, and differentiated to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their education.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning opportunities.
