Salary: £85 - £100 Per day

  • Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Supervise and interact with children during playtime and educational activities
  • Assist with children's personal care needs, including feeding and changing
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
  • First Aid certification
  • Prior experience working with children in a nursery or school setting
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of child development principles
  • SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience
  • Additional training in safeguarding and child protection
  • Experience working with children with diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Full-time position, working hours may vary

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
