If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity in a fantastic SEND setting in Teesside, then look no further!

Teaching Personnel are working with a SEND provision in Teesside who need a qualified Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to help support across various classes of different age groups.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Qualified Level 2 or 3 in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent)
  • Have Experience working alongside children with SEN in a personal or professional setting.
  • Be able to work in a team within the classroom to make sure every child receives the support they need to learn effectively.
  • Have confidence and be able to engage with the children.
  • 1:1 experience with (ASD, ADHD, PMLD)
  • Have a valid child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Experience with young adult or childcare support work.
  • Drives or has reliable commute to Teesside.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
