Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We're collaborating with well-established secondary schools located in the heart of Wigan, Greater Manchester, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to inspire and provide crucial support on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

The ideal Learning Mentor will be:

  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning.
  • Capable of inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive to the individual needs of our students.
  • Committed to continually raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with a background in youth work to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN, SEMH, and behavioral issues.

Key details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Competitive daily rates starting at £84, paid weekly.
  • Immediate start.
  • Potential for a temporary-to-permanent contract for the right candidate.
