Position: 1-1 Teaching Assistant (EHCP)

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a child with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP)

Assist in implementing personalized learning strategies and resources

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom

Collaborate with the class teacher and the SENCo to ensure the child's progress

Help create a stimulating learning environment that encourages growth and development

 

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children

✅ Knowledge and understanding of EHCPs and special educational needs

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ A patient and empathetic nature

✅ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
