Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to two children with ADHD, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised support plans and strategies to meet the specific needs of the students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where the students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to monitor the students' progress and adjust support strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with ADHD or other special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of ADHD and strategies for supporting students with this condition in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' learning and well-being.
