Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

Teaching Personnel, the largest educational recruitment agency in the UK, is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in Maidenhead, within the Thames Valley region.

  • Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Help students with personal care and social integration
  • Contribute to the overall pastoral care of students
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic educational environment
  • Quick thinking and able to respond effectively to student needs
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Additional training in behaviour management or SEN support
  • Full-Time position with regular school hours
  • Interaction with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis
  • Supportive team environment within a secondary school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
