Requirements:
**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): All applicants must hold a recognized teaching qualification and have QTS.
**Experience: Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 is essential. Experience in Hackney or a similar diverse and urban setting is desirable.
**Knowledge of National Curriculum: A sound understanding of the UK National Curriculum and the ability to effectively implement it in the classroom.
**Innovative Teaching Methods: Demonstrated ability to employ creative and innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
**Team Player: Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team of dedicated educators.
**Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
