Position: KS2 Teaching Assistant

⏰ Hours: Full-time, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Location: Accriington Primary School

‍ Role Responsibilities: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students
  • Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparations
  • Supporting students with additional needs
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a KS2 setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
  • Understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
