Job Role: IQA Health and Social Care

Location: Bradford, BD1

Contract: Part-time, 1-2 days a month

A specialist provision in BD1 who deliver training and employment skills to pupils 14-29 years. They are looking for a specialist IQA Health and Social Care Tutor to support 1-2 days a month, delivering Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care Training. 

The IQA will support tutors to develop and deliver to the required quality standards, a range of Health and Social Care qualifications from pre-employment entry level to level 5 as well as functional Skills to Level 2. The IQA will work with tutors to ensure planning and delivery facilitates inclusivity and accessibility for blended learning environments and continuous improvements from quality assurance activities to improve performance and outcomes for learners.

You will need experience of providing IQA support to teaching and delivery staff across Health & Social Care qualification frameworks enabling a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualifications specifications. In doing, so promoting an integrated pathway of learning, training, coaching and assessment on work related programmes to meet the needs of employers and learners, to the standards set by awarding bodies or end point assessment organisations and ensure timely achievement of learner goals and qualifications as per Company and Regulating Bodies KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Willing to travel
  • Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
  • Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Minimum of six months UK residency
  • We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
  • Please ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employment
  • Must hold relevant qualifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
