Humanities Teacher in Southeast London Secondary School.

Teaching personnel are seeking to appoint an experienced Humanities Teacher immediately. You will have the ability to teach high quality lessons and achieve excellent results across key stages 3 & 4. We are seeking Humanities Teachers to cover RE, Geography and History, who can fit in with an energetic, fun, and dedicated team.

The school has a passionate belief that by offering young people an outstanding range of opportunities they will discover what they can excel at and thus transform their life chances. The school is a popular 11-18 mixed school located in Greenwich Southeast London with a strong family and community ethos. Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
  • Committed to high quality planning and creative teaching and learning with a clear vision for ongoing assessment and feedback to facilitate continuous progress.
  • Able to work collaboratively to help deliver an outstanding curriculum to our students.
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Humanities to KS3 & KS4

We have immediate opportunities for day-to-day supply, as well as long term placements across all subjects and areas. Roles are flexible, we have full time and part time roles available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
