Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce are currently working alongside a Sixth Form College in Salisbury who are currently advertising for a Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their department form September 2024. Due to the volume of applications we have received for September 2024, S6C is looking for an outstanding Health and Social Care teacher with skills to teach following subjects;

  • CTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • CTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of a second subject such as Sociology or EPQ would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • You will be well supported as part of a growing and flourishing teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work in a growing college which has the potential to expand further over the coming years. The post-holder will be required to be innovative, flexible and willing to go the extra mile for our students.

 

Requirements: 

  • A recognised UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) with QTS/QTLS
  • Prior experience working within an FE/Sixth Form setting ideally as you will be teaching 16+ students
  • Previous experience in teaching Health and Social Care 
  • A bachelors degree (minimum) within the subject
