General Teaching Assistant, Poulton (FY6).

Full time, Monday-Friday.

Starting 15th April 2024, possibility to turn permanent.

Competitive rates of pay between £12.85-£13.50.

A client school in Poulton (FY6) has come forward with fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Teaching Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
  • Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting a caring and respectful atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from the classroom teacher.
