Fully Qualified SEN Teacher – Northumberland (NE24)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Fully Qualified SEN Teacher to work within supportive educational settings across Northumberland (NE24).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is committed to supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a positive impact on their learning journey.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Support students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEN students preferred
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passionate, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
