EYFS Teacher – Primary Schools | Sheffield

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Sheffield. We have both short-term and long-term opportunities available, offering flexibility for teachers looking for supply work or more consistent placements.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience within Early Years settings.

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children’s early development through play-based learning
  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Passion for supporting children’s early learning and development
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Flexible short-term and long-term placements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
