Job Opportunity: EYFS Practitioner (Level 3 or Above)

Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for early years development? We're seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (3 days a week, flexible on days). This role is perfect for an experienced Level 3 practitioner or above, including qualified teachers looking to apply their expertise in a nurturing early years setting.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 2-5 in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Creating a stimulating and safe environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and holistic development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver tailored activities that meet the diverse needs of each child.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders to foster a supportive learning community.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Teachers are welcome to apply).
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting, with a solid understanding of child development principles.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and upholding the highest standards of care and education.
