The Teaching Personnel Secondary team are working in partnership with an Academy in Southend, who are on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious English Early Career Teacher (ECTs) to join their dynamic team. 

About the Academy:

Position: English Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting the academic and personal development of students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expecting to achieve it by September.
  • A degree in History or a related subject.
  • Passion for teaching and nurturing student potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
