Job Duties:

  • Provide one-to-one tuition sessions to students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Build strong rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
  • Identify and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage students.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to support student progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching.
  • Ability to work one-to-one with students.

Other suitable Qualifications:

  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience in delivering tuition to students.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Tuition experience
  • Ability to work one-to-one with students.
  • Hard working and dedicated.
  • Resilient and able to adapt to different student needs.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions.

  • We are a national company so you will have access to an increased volume of tuition work. Once registered you will have a dedicated consultant who will explain how tuition works and how your journey will look with TP tutors.
  • Face to face and online tuition options available to suit your availability with tuition available during the school day or after school.
  • Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
