A client school in Poulton-Le-Fylde are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic EYFS department starting in May 2024. Due to staffing changes, the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis for the remainder of this term and into the new academic year. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children in the EYFS and will be comfortable with supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.

The position is to work in a larger than average EYFS provision. This primary school has a ‘community centred’ feel and aims to bring out ‘the best in every child’. The Head Teacher and the governors of the school are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who will work to support all areas of learning and will bring an energetic feel to their EYFS provision.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

-          Experience supporting learning in the EYFS.  

-          The confidence to deliver small group intervention sessions in English, Maths and Phonics.

-          A proactive/flexible attitude and a passion for supporting learning for children in the EYFS.

For this role, we are able to offer competitive rate of pay dependant on your experience. This primary school is easy to access by public transport and by car.
