Role and Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Practitioner with Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Engage with children aged 0-5 in diverse educational settings.
  • Foster a secure, stimulating, and inclusive environment to support children’s growth and development.
  • Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Evaluate children’s progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring learning experiences accordingly.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a recognized Childcare qualification or its equivalent.
  • Have prior experience working with young children in their early years.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a nurturing disposition.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in various learning environments and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues.
