A ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in Oldham are looking to appoint an energetic and creative teacher with high expectations who is looking to make a genuine difference and make a positive impact. They are looking for a KS1 teacher who is hard working and nurturing to join their 3-form entry staff team and contribute towards the quality teaching that their school provides.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to build positive and effective relationships with children and staff.
  • Be flexible and have strength of character and resilience.
  • Can remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Be an approachable and caring individual with integrity.
  • Be creative in their lesson planning, ensuring all children are always engaged.
  • Daily pay £153.85 to £211.96

Requirements for the vacancy:

  • Recognised teaching qualification PGCE/QTS.
  • DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.
  • Relevant Key Stage experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Some experience of working with and planning for children with additional needs.
  • Effective behaviour management strategies.

 This school is extremely close to the town centre of Oldham, meaning it is very accessible by public transport and the surrounding areas of Oldham
