Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher to join our team and contribute to the success of our Key Stage 1 or 2 curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is enthusiastic about shaping young minds and making a positive impact in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 or 2 students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards QTS through a recognized teacher training program.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics.
