Salary: £120 - £155 Per day

As an Early Career Teacher, your primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons to pupils, assessing pupil progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will create a supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of pupils, maintain accurate records of pupil performance, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required for this role.

Prior teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.

- Proficiency in developing lesson plans and delivering effective teaching strategies

- Understanding of educational best practises and assessment methods

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the teaching profession

- Postgraduate qualification in Education

- Additional training or certifications in specific teaching methodologies

Early Career Teachers are expected to work full-time hours on a temporary basis. The role may involve working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, and collaborating with other educators and school staff to support student learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
