Are you a dynamic, creative individual with a passion for drama and education? do you hold QTS with a Drama specilism? Do you thrive on inspiring students to explore their creativity and express themselves through performance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our vibrant school is seeking a talented Drama Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and innovative drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Whether it's exploring classic plays, devising original performances, or honing acting skills, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our students' talents and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering dynamic drama lessons that stimulate creativity and foster a love for the performing arts.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them develop their acting abilities and confidence on stage.
  • Organizing and directing school productions, giving students the opportunity to showcase their talents to the wider community.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to integrate drama into cross-curricular projects and extracurricular activities.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in drama education and incorporating innovative teaching techniques and resources into your lessons.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
