Position: Chemistry Teacher

Location: Lancaster

Start date: April 2024.

End date: July 2024.

An ‘outstanding’ grammar school in Chorley are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher of Chemistry to join their staffing team in April 2024. This is a full-time, long-term role, initially until July with the potential to extend beyond.

The school offers an exceptionally high quality of education, and builds firm foundations through good teaching, creating a safe and positive learning environment, and encouraging pupils to participate in an excellent variation of academic, sporting and cultural activities. Pupils are forward thinking, determined to achieve their highest potential, and thoroughly enjoy their time in education.

The successful Teacher will share the same visions and values, and will enthusiastically participate in the wide range of extra-curricular clubs and activities to support pupils social and educational development. You will join a school where the Headteacher leads by example, and contributes to staff continuous professional development.
