  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Implement behaviour management strategies as directed by the supervising team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Monitor and record individual progress and behaviour changes
  • Support individuals in daily activities and routines
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals
  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Basic knowledge of behaviour management techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This role will require working in challenging environments and dealing with complex behaviours. Flexibility in working hours will be necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
