Job role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students and delivering planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Working alongside a skilled and resourceful staff team, you will have the chance to work with students of diverse learning abilities. Our school values opportunities and experiences that empower students to develop aspirations and prepare for life beyond school.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational abilities, dependability, efficiency, flexibility, and adaptability. Experience working with students from various communities and backgrounds, as well as a proven track record in supporting their learning, is essential.
