Are you passionate about working with children and young people with social, emotional, and special educational needs? We are currently collaborating with a well-established secondary school situated in the heart of Wigan, Greater Manchester.

The school is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Mentor who can inspire and support students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who:

  • Is passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning
  • Has the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best outcomes
  • Is caring, empathetic, and sensitive to students' needs
  • Is committed to continuously raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement
  • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is an ideal opportunity for graduates or those with a background in youth work. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN/SEMH/Behavioural issues.

Start Date: After Easter

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: £77 - £85 a day, paid weekly

Contract: Possible temporary - permanent contract for the right candidate
