We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team in South East England, specifically in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes. This is a temporary position with full-time hours in the Education and Training industry.

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications
  • Organising and maintaining files and records
  • Assisting with data entry tasks
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Minimum of GCSE qualifications

Prior experience in a similar administrative role

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Knowledge of office management procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in the education sector

This role will involve working in an office environment, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. The candidate may need to occasionally work outside of regular hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent tasks.
