About the Role: As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in supporting a child with severe autism to access the curriculum and engage in learning activities. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualized support strategies that cater to the unique needs of the child. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be instrumental in helping the child to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
