We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a sports-related degree to join our team as Youth Support Workers in primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on young people through sport, physical activity, and positive engagement.

This is a highly flexible role, perfect for graduates, career changers, or those looking to gain valuable experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Deliver engaging, fun, and structured sports-based activities
• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, or social needs
• Promote positive behaviour and teamwork through sport
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to support learning environments
• Act as a positive role model for children aged 5–11
• Encourage participation, confidence, and resilience in pupils

• A degree in Sports, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage behaviour positively
• Adaptable, proactive, and reliable
• Previous experience working with children (coaching, mentoring, schools) is desirable but not essential
