Year 6 Teacher

Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a busy and vibrant primary school located in north Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 6 Teacher to join this friendly team from May 2024.

We are currently seeking a Year 6 Teacher to join the team from May 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. Pupils are currently working towards SATs exams and therefore applicants with prior experience in Year 6 are encouraged to apply.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils before the big move into high school. The schools is located in north Birmingham within proximity to Nechells, Saltley, and Aston. The expected salary range for the role is between £140-20 per day, depending on experience level.

What to expect from applicants?

We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Applicants with prior experience of supporting pupils in Year 6, especially around the time of SATs examinations are encouraged to apply.

-        Able and willing to travel the Birmingham area
