The school:

A primary school situated in Blackpool around Bispham are hoping to recruit an experienced KS2 Teacher to teach their Y5 Class in order to cover a long-term absence. All staff here have high expectations and share their passion for education with their pupils. The Head Teacher is keen to secure a teacher with experience of managing challenging behaviour effectively and achieving progress in this area. In addition, they stress that you will have their full support in your transition into this role. The staff and wider SEN team have a shared that they feel valued and enjoy the team ethos that is inescapable in this school.

The role:

Starting as soon as October 4th, this job is a novel and exciting opportunity for an experienced Teacher and any aspiring NQTs.

Details of the Role:

-          Full-time (Mon-Fri)

-          Temp Contract

-          Oct. 2021 start

-          Full Class Teacher role – Year 5

-          £100 - £130 per day

The successful candidate will:

-        Have experience working in school; alternatively, a confident and knowledgeable NQT

-        Have a track record of improving pupil behaviour, as well as raising attainment

-        Be determined to make a difference

-        Be calm, committed, and resilient

-        Be expected to carry out planning and preparation for teaching

-        Have good teamwork and communication
