Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Beaconsfield, seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they continue through their primary education.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of every learner
  • Maintain high expectations and positive behaviour standards
  • Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform future planning
  • Contribute to a creative and well-rounded curriculum

You will play a key role in nurturing pupils’ curiosity, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who:

  • Has experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2
  • Is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum
  • Demonstrates strong skills in differentiation and inclusive teaching
  • Has effective behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Is committed to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
  • Is keen to engage in professional development opportunities
