Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Sale to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for future learning. The school offers a supportive environment, strong leadership, and a commitment to both pupil achievement and staff development.

The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Foster a love of learning while supporting pupils' academic and personal development
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards across the school

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Be passionate about supporting and inspiring young learners
  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be a positive and proactive member of the school community
