The Role

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will inspire and engage pupils while creating a stimulating classroom environment. You will play an important role in shaping children's educational journeys through creative, effective and well-planned teaching.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 pupils
• Creating a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil progress
• Assessing and monitoring pupil attainment and progress to inform future planning
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting the wider life and ethos of the school

About You

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and committed teacher who is determined to help children achieve their full potential.

You will:

• Hold QTS and have relevant teaching experience, ideally within KS2
• Be a creative and engaging classroom practitioner
• Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
