A large 2 form inner city primary school in Leeds is currently recruiting for a year 2 teacher to join their team- the position will be commencing in September 2026, and is likely to last until the end of the academic year with a possibility of a direct contract for September 2027. Applications will be considered by motivated and enthusiastic ECTs as well as experienced teachers.

CPD is provided throughout as the SLT in this East Leeds school are very supportive.

The ideal Year 2 teacher will have the ability to make differentiated lessons creative and engaging for all abilities; they will also have the following:

* Educated to degree level and QTS
* A high passion for teaching and working with children who have excellent expectations for attainment and behaviour
* Self-motivated and determined to do well
* Year 2 Sats experience
* Secure understanding of differentiation to challenge children of all abilities
